Abstract
This study is an investigation of the delinquency among the Negro people of Howard County, Indiana, and the various social, economic, educational and religious factors that are within the experience of the group. The Community of Negro people within Howard County has been selected because of the proximity of the author to the group, which has made it possible to make a rather detailed and careful study within a definite field, which is believed to be fair sample of the problems in general.
