In the history of the United States, there have been many times of economic prosperity as well as several recessions. No two recessions have impacted the future of the US economy as greatly as The Great Depression of 1929 and The Great Recession of 2008. What ultimately caused these two economic downturns and how will they continue to impact the future direction of our economy? The presentation will compare and contrast the two eras and the regulations resulting from these economic catastrophes.
