Vowel Twisters

Authors

Abstract

Tongue twisters ("Peter Piper picked a peck of pickled peppers" or "She sells sea shells by the sea shore") typically challenge the ability to produce consonants. I devised some sentences that test the control of soft palate to produce vowels. Arnold Schwarzenegger would probably have more trouble with these "vowel twisters."
