"Hootie" Palindromes

Abstract

What, exactly, constitutes a hootie? Good question. A hootie is hereby defined as any lexically acceptable palindromic passage in which the word "too" and the unbroken trigram "oot" occur in corresponding positions in opposite halves of the passage.
