Abstract

Nine current and past educators were asked a series of open-ended questions regarding their opinion on K-12 teacher tenure and, if they supported elimination, respondents were asked how legislators can eliminate this long-standing U.S. policy. Results were compiled, analyzed, and used to craft a comprehensive proposal on how to overhaul the American K-12 public education system.
