Description
We examined the relationship between flourishing and entrepreneurial proclivity in undergraduates (N = 142) from multiple disciplines. Results indicated a positive relationship between the action and creativity dimensions of entrepreneurial proclivity with a combination of all facets of flourishing (emotional, social, and psychological well-being). Additionally, our results indicated that flourishing and entrepreneurial proclivity are subject to change based upon a short-term curricular intervention, suggesting yet another reason why it is good to feel good.
