Description

My thesis will focus on the relationship of control with different methods I have used to make my work. I am constantly analyzing how the mediums I use changes my way of working and what effect it has on me. The way I make marks can sometimes reflect things I see, experience, or how I feel. The concept of control shapes the way I make work. I focus on controlling the medium for a moment, then let it go. I want this body of work to project that push and pull connection between control and letting go.
