Description

Throughout history, women’s contributions to society are often overlooked or forgotten. Spanish women of the twentieth century and their works are no exception. In the episode, “Separadas por el tiempo” from the Spanish television series, El Ministerio del Tiempo, we are introduced to some of these forgotten women. This presentation will examine the women of the Generation of 27 and “Las Sinsombrero,” with particular attention to the six women mentioned in the episode: Clara Campoamor, Margarita Manso, Maruja Mallo, Rosa Chacel, María Zambrano, and María Teresa León.
