Abstract
As we look about us and evaluate the many personalities with which we come in contact, we are never sure that our judgments will stand critical survey. We observe men as they engage in play, we watch them at their work, and we may engage them in conversation. But with all these contacts, there is always a doubt when we say this man is intelligent and that man is not. There are intelligence tests by the score, but they are inadequate to cope with this problem for two reasons.
