Description
Traditional views of gender roles persist today despite attempts to counter them as sexist. Some trends by women in mass media express views that directly contradict the messages sent by the modern feminist movement. Do women prefer to assume some of the gender roles that are labeled as sexist? This study examines women's preferences regarding gender roles and attitudes toward sexism.
