Description

The purpose of this study is to determine the correlation between exercise and depressive symptoms among college students. This study is based on the analysis of secondary sources, specifically looking at college age students. The results of this study show that there is a positive correlation between exercise and depression among college age students. Not only does exercise have a positive impact on the body but exercise reduces stress and promotes an overall feeling of happiness throughout the body.
